Tech-Know Integrators looks after the systems a Singapore business actually runs: servers and PCs, the network, email, backups, cybersecurity, Wi-Fi and security cameras. You get a quote before we start, and a receipt when we finish.
What we do
Seven lines of work for Singapore SMEs: the systems an office, shop, clinic or warehouse runs every day.
- Managed services We speak fluent computer. Remote Care or Complete Care for the PCs you already run, priced per PC per month on enquiry.
- Cybersecurity The locks, fitted before anyone comes looking. Controls put in place before an incident, and a clear sequence if one happens anyway.
- Servers and networks Printers that behave (mostly). The machines, the software on them, and the network that joins the office together.
- Backup and recovery A second copy, kept out of the same accident. A copy of the data, chosen for how much you can afford to lose and how fast you need it back.
- Email Mail that leaves with the company name on it. Addresses on your domain, accounts for each person, and a proper place for the mail you have to keep.
- Wi-Fi The meeting stays in the room it started in. Coverage, speed and a password policy that belongs to the business rather than the router box.
- CCTV and IP cameras The shop, still visible when you have stepped out. Cameras and a recorder for premises you need to see when you are not standing in them.
How a visit works
The rules below are the ones we already publish. Nothing here is a surprise fee.

You tell us what is wrong
Call, WhatsApp or the enquiry form. Say which systems are involved and whether people are stopped.

We price it before we roll
Where we can, you get a cost estimate before the visit. The published on-site rate is S$150 per hour before GST, minimum one hour.

Harder than expected? We stop
If the job on site is more than the estimate, we agree a revised quote with you before continuing.
