Businesses Call Outs
For businesses seeking ad hoc support, our hourly charges start from $150.00 before prevailing taxes.

Clients enrolled in our MSP support plans enjoy discounted rates and bundled EDR services.

Before our visit, we aim to furnish accurate cost estimates. Should on-site assessments reveal unexpectedly challenging tasks, we'll engage in a discussion with you to secure approval for any revised quotations before proceeding.

Please be aware that tasks involving the backup or copying of large files may require 2-4 hours. For swift issue resolutions (under 15 minutes), our minimum call-out charge is $150, applicable to "no show" or late cancellations as well.​

In instances where we've assessed faulty equipment, provided a repair quote, but you choose not to proceed, a diagnostic charge of $80 applies (with visit charges also applicable).

Our standard tech support hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Appointments beyond these hours or on Saturdays, Sundays and public Holidays will incur additional call out addon charges of $ 50.00.
Payment, accepted in cash, PayNow, credit card, or cheque, will be collected by our attending technicans upon completion, along with a detailed receipt. Credit terms are available upon agreement at the time of booking.

Residentials Call Outs
For residential service visits, our regular rate is $180 for the first hour and $150 for each additional hour, inclusive of prevailing GST.
